A conversation with a senior recruiter — often a founder — to understand your craft, ambitions, communication style, and the environments where you do your best work.

Our internal evaluation system combines structured human judgment with AI-assisted analysis to identify patterns, strengths, and role alignment beyond keyword matching.

We match intentionally

We introduce you only to companies we believe you would genuinely consider — with compensation disclosed upfront and context around the role, team, and expectations.

We stay involved after the hire

Interview preparation, compensation guidance, onboarding support, and post-placement check-ins. The relationship does not end at signature.
