This role is for a strategic seller who can own the full commercial cycle, build trust with senior buyers, and convert LATAM-market momentum into long-term revenue outcomes.

Compensation

€75–105k base plus commission. We only work with companies that share compensation ranges transparently.

Location & hours

Remote, LATAM-based candidates welcome. The role requires cross-border collaboration with European stakeholders.

English

C1+ required. This is a customer-facing role with senior buyers and investor-facing preparation.

Experience

6+ years in B2B sales or revenue leadership, ideally in FinTech or adjacent scale-ups.

What you'll own

  • Own the commercial cycle for high-priority accounts.
  • Build credibility with finance and operations leaders.
  • Manage pipeline and forecast with discipline.
  • Partner with customer success and product to land expansion opportunities.

What we are looking for

  • Strong consultative selling experience in FinTech or SaaS.
  • Proven ability to close enterprise deals and scale pipeline.
  • Comfort with international processes and remote collaboration.
  • Clear commercial storytelling and strong negotiation skills.
