Compensation
€70–95k base. Compensation is disclosed up front and the process is designed for fairness.
Location & hours
Remote, NL hours expected. The company operates in European timezones and works with distributed teams.
English
C1+ required. This role includes investor communication and cross-functional leadership in English.
Experience
5+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or business partnering, preferably in growth-stage tech.
What you'll own
- Build and manage the operating plan, forecasts, and investor reporting.
- Partner with commercial and product teams on go-to-market metrics.
- Translate strategy into operational KPIs and financial models.
- Drive data-backed decision-making for growth and resource allocation.

- Ability to translate commercial metrics into board-ready reporting.
