Compensation
€75–105k base plus commission. We only work with companies that share compensation ranges transparently.
Location & hours
Remote, LATAM-based candidates welcome. The role requires cross-border collaboration with European stakeholders.

C1+ required. This is a customer-facing role with senior buyers and investor-facing preparation.
Experience
6+ years in B2B sales or revenue leadership, ideally in FinTech or adjacent scale-ups.
What you'll own
- Own the commercial cycle for high-priority accounts.
- Build credibility with finance and operations leaders.
- Manage pipeline and forecast with discipline.
- Partner with customer success and product to land expansion opportunities.
