A senior engineering management opportunity for a leader who can coach engineers, own delivery, and help a product-focused Dev Tools scale-up operationalize its roadmap.
What this role is about.
This position is for an engineering leader who can manage agile teams, partner with product, and grow a high-performing Dev Tools organization across remote European and LATAM stakeholders.
Compensation
€95–125k base. The client shares compensation ranges transparently for every final candidate.
Location & hours
Remote, UK/EU overlapping hours required. The role is designed for candidates who can work with distributed engineering teams.
English
B2+ required. The role includes regular collaboration with product and customer-facing teams in English.
Experience
8+ years in software engineering with at least 2 years in people leadership in a product-led company.
What you'll own
- Lead one or more engineering teams and mentor senior ICs.
- Drive delivery rhythms and roadmap execution.
- Operationalize quality, release, and incident processes.
- Partner closely with product and design on roadmap tradeoffs.
What we are looking for
- Proven engineering leadership in SaaS or Dev Tools.
- Strong track record of building team processes and coaching engineers.
- Comfort working in remote, multi-timezone environments.
- Clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
