What this role is about.

This position is for an engineering leader who can manage agile teams, partner with product, and grow a high-performing Dev Tools organization across remote European and LATAM stakeholders.

Compensation

€95–125k base. The client shares compensation ranges transparently for every final candidate.

Location & hours

Remote, UK/EU overlapping hours required. The role is designed for candidates who can work with distributed engineering teams.

English

B2+ required. The role includes regular collaboration with product and customer-facing teams in English.

Experience

8+ years in software engineering with at least 2 years in people leadership in a product-led company.

What you'll own

  • Lead one or more engineering teams and mentor senior ICs.
  • Drive delivery rhythms and roadmap execution.
  • Operationalize quality, release, and incident processes.
  • Partner closely with product and design on roadmap tradeoffs.

What we are looking for

  • Proven engineering leadership in SaaS or Dev Tools.
  • Strong track record of building team processes and coaching engineers.
  • Comfort working in remote, multi-timezone environments.
  • Clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
